Kelly Kay and his wife Tammy exchanged their vows on 6th December 2020 in a beautiful elaborate wedding ceremony.
The couple first went to church for the official ceremony, which was followed by a photo shoot for the bridal party. The day ended on a high note which was marked by a lovely indoor wedding reception party where the wedding guests ate, drank, and danced.

At the church wedding ceremony, the bridesmaids were dressed in beautiful fitting peach gowns while the groomsmen were in sharp peach coats and black trousers. The bride was in a beautiful white mermaid dress, while Kelly Kay was in a white blazer and black trousers.

During the reception event, things got even more colourful as the theme changed from peach to an exquisite maroon, and while the groomsmen replaced their peach blazers with rich maroon ones, the bridesmaids switched from peach gowns to full one-shoulder maroon gowns.

Besides having the wedding of the year, the Nakupenda hitmaker also had one of the most beautiful proposal stories and we can all agree that Tamanda bagged a romantic man.
During the launch of his album Love After 24 in October 2019 which was held at Bingu International Conference Centre (BICC), Kelly Kay caught everyone by surprise including his then-girlfriend when in the middle of his performance, he went down on one knee and popped the question.
Gratefully for everyone, the surprised Tamanda who was dressed in a beautiful black and gold gown said “yes.”

The couple and the bridal team were all dressed in white with a touch of blue and gold African prints. The couple also had a second set of beautiful blue outfits that stood out from the guests.
